Privacy notice

What we collect

If you sign up for early access: your email address and the wording you agreed to, and, if you choose to give them, your business name, website, billing platform, subscriber range and founding-offer interest. We also record where you came from (the referrer, any UTM tags and the page you signed up on). To keep you signed in we set one cookie that is strictly necessary, and store your session with the IP address and browser it came from.

If you ask the calculator to email you a timeline: your email address and the wording you agreed to.

When you run the calculator we record the details you entered and the page, with no personal data unless you use Email me this. The “do the rules apply to me?” check stores your answers and result. Both are stored without your email unless you give it.

Why

To sign you in, tell you when Renewful opens, and learn which tools are useful. The calculator and scope checker run in your browser and store nothing unless you choose Email me this.

Analytics

We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. We also count five actions (calculator run, scope check completed, early-access sign-up, email-me-this sign-up and template copied) with our own counter that stores the event name and page only, nothing about you.

Who handles your data

Sign-ups are stored in a database hosted on Railway. Emails are sent through Resend. The website is hosted on Vercel and DNS is on Cloudflare.

Your rights

You can delete your account from your account page at any time. Email hello@renewful.co.uk to see, correct or delete any of your data.
