Short answer. An agency that builds subscription products for UK consumer clients inherits the duties on their behalf: reminders, cooling-off notices, an online cancel route and a dated record. Building that notice logic once per client is repeated work that has to track draft rules.
Most software houses can build reminder emails. The cost is keeping nine notice types, their timing and an evidence log correct for every client, and updating all of them when the final Regulations land. Connecting each client's Stripe account to a ready-made service is the alternative.
- Each client needs its own reminder windows, stated at checkout and kept to.
- Every notice needs a dated record the client can produce later.
- Several clients in one dashboard is planned for a later version, not available yet.

End-of-contract confirmation: Within 24 hours of an online cancellation.
Suggested checkout wording: We'll email you 3 to 7 days before your free trial ends, and before renewal at least every 6 months, 5 to 10 days before the payment. You can cancel online at any time.
Timings use our suggested defaults. The law doesn't fix the number of days; you choose a window and state it at checkout.
